Many physicians handle all aspects of starting their own practice. Few have the experience to do so. In fact, the majority do not. As a result, they encounter tremendous hurdles in getting the job done. It is not unusual for us to see physicians rendering services they will not get paid for because their credentialing was incomplete and/or done inaccurately.We see physicians with "nice" billing staff who have minimal training and produce minimal results. We also see physicians who unknowingly are managing employees and payroll in a way that violates state and federal law.

Finally, we know physicians that are in financial difficulty after only a few months of business because they have not accurately estimated cash flow needs.
